The Siglent SDS2202X-E 200MHz 2-Channel Digital Storage Oscilloscope has a maximum sampling rate of 2GSa/s and a standard record length of 28Mpts. The most commonly used functions can be accessed with its user-friendly one-button design. The SDS2202X-E employs a new generation of SPO technology. With its excellent signal fidelity, background noise is lower than similar products in the industry. It has a minimum vertical input range of 500uV/div, an innovative digital trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter, and a waveform capture rate of 400,000 frames/sec (sequence mode). It also employs a 256-level intensity grading display function and a color temperature display mode not found in other models in this class. Siglent’s newest oscilloscope offering supports multiple powerful triggering modes including serial bus triggering and decoding. History waveform recording and sequential triggering allow for extended waveform records to be captured, stored, and analyzed. Also included is the deep memory FFT. This math function uses up to 1 M samples for the FFT calculation, providing the SDS2202X-E with a very high-frequency resolution. The hardware co-processor executes true fast measurement and math to all 28M sample points so that there is minimal distortion in analysis. It also supports searching and navigating, on-screen Bode plot, 16 channel digital/MSO (optional), an external USB powered 25 MHz AWG function generator module (option), a USB WIFI adapter for wireless control and monitoring (option), and an embedded application that allows remote control via the web browser. The features and high performance of the SDS2000X-E oscilloscopes cannot be matched else anywhere at this price.

With the signal decoder and trigger functions of the Siglent SDS2202X-E, serial protocol events can be easily isolated and analyzed. The decoded details are shown directly on the waveform with an intuitive, color-coded overlay.

 Deep Memory (14Mpts)
The Siglent SDS2202X-E oscilloscope can store up to 14 million measurement points. Simply zoom into a selected part of the captured waveforms to get more details and scroll within the measurement points. The 1GSa/S, 14Mpts architecture provides the ability to capture a fast transient or a long acquisition.

 Innovative SPO Technology
With the "Super-Phosphor" Oscilloscope (SPO) and its multi-level intensity grading display, extensive signal characteristics with a very large number of measurement values can also be displayed completely. A color display option changes the intensity grading into a color temperature display. The more often a waveform appears, the warmer the color is.

 Gate and Zoom Measurement
Through Gate and Zoom measurement of the Siglent SDS2202X-E, the user can specify an arbitrary interval of waveform data analysis and statistics. This helps avoid measurement errors that can be caused by invalid or extraneous data, greatly enhancing the measurements’ validity and flexibility.

 Advanced Math Functions and FFT
The SDS1000X series supports several math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), FFT (Fast Fourier transform) operation, and math function operation (differential, integral, square root). The measurements and math functions of the Siglent SDS2202X-E are greatly enhanced, they use the complete memory instead of the display memory. In addition, the FFT function uses up to 1 million points(SDS1104X-U 128kPts).

 Auto Measurements with Statistics
The Siglent SDS2202X-E measures up to five parameters like rising- and fall-time, amplitude, pulse width, duty cycle, and much more simultaneously and shows statistics for every parameter (current, mean, min, max, and other values).
